My RTX 3080 are like at 40-50% usage at most at 1440p with MSAA 8x and R7 3800x CPU. wow level 1087 WoW interface and addons also eat a lot of CPU (you can test this by simply turning off all addons and/or turning off interface with alt+z) I can understant when old games are not properly updated for modern hardware, but with WoW there's no excuse in my opinion
